Class Schedules

Class Membership & Registration

Membership is not required to take classes at the Arts Center. Registration is on a first come, first served basis. To ensure a spot in a class you must be registered before the start of the class. To avoid a $10 late registration fee for Spring Classes, register before 3/5/10, which is 10 days prior to the semester start date.

Adult

(Ages 17 and up)

From budding beginner to seasoned professional, our adult classes help you realize your true potential. Day or evening classes are available, and vary in length from 4 weeks and longer, so you’re sure to find a class that fits your schedule.

Workshops (including clay purchases and Sunday open studio)

Community Arts Center one-day workshops are a great way to explore the satisfying world of art. They’re tailor-made for getting a taste of a particular technique or medium without much commitment. Select the semester from the drop down and register here for Workshops and Sunday Open Studio time or make a Clay Purchase.

Few activities bring families together like our All Ages Family art classes. Attend one of our all ages classes and start creating art – and fun-filled memories – with your family.

Children

(Ages 11 and below)

Community Arts Center classes for children bring out the artistic potential in every kid. Watch your child develop new skills (and self confidence) as they make new friends and explore all that art has to offer. Please be sure to check classes for All Ages too!

Teen

(Ages 12 to 16)

Whether you’re fine-tuning skills to prepare for art school, or just want to pick up a rewarding new hobby, Community Arts Center is the place to do it. Our expert instructors help young artists blossom as you learn new skills, techniques and styles. Teens ages 17 and up are welcomed in Adult classes. Please be sure to check All Ages classes too!

Advanced Artist Studios and Ceramic Open Studios

Advanced artists' studios provide the opportunity to work on your own and share the stimulation and camaraderie of fellow artists.

Trips

Take a trip with the CAC. The CAC sponsors both day trips to neighboring state or local art museums or week long international trips abroad.
