Frederic C. Kaplan holds a M.F.A. and Certificate in painting from the Pennsylvania Academy of The Fine Arts, and has also studied at the University of The Arts, Barnes Foundation, and Samuel S. Fleisher Art Memorial. He currently teaches at the Pennsylvania Academy, Fleisher's, Cumberland County College, and Wallingford Community Arts Center. The recipient of regional and national awards, he has participated in many group and one-person exhibits along the east coast. His work is included in public, corporate, and private collections.
