Spend the morning with us being guided on a tour of the newly renovated Nemours Mansion, the grand Versailles-inspired estate built by gunpowder magnate, Alfred I. DuPont and his second wife Alicia. The estate is celebrating its centenary this year. Our tour will be followed by lunch and a short bus ride to the Briggs Museum of American Art. The Briggs Museum houses 14 galleries filled with one of the finest collections of American and decorative arts on the East Coast. Estate and museum entrance fees, lunch and bus driver gratuity are included.

THE FRICK COLLECTION NYC

Enjoy a morning Audio tour of The Frick Collection housed in the mansion of the late Henry Clay Frick, steel industrialist. The bus will then continue to the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) where you have the option of visiting the museum on your own or an afternoon of shopping and sightseeing along 5th avenue. THE FRICK COLLECTION includes some of the best known paintings by the greatest European Artists, major works of sculpture, superb eighteenth century French furniture, porcelains, Limoges enamels and Oriental rugs. Both the mansion and the works in it serve as a monument to one of America?s most distinguished art collectors. THE MUSEUM OF MODERN ART is in a new building by the acclaimed architect Yoshio Taniguchi. The new MOMA features dramatically expanded and redesigned space for its dynamic and evolving collection of modern and contemporary art. Entrance to The Frick Collection and bus driver gratuity are included. MOMA is optional and pay as you go.
