In keeping with its mission to encourage broad participation in the arts, the Community Arts Center has offered an extensive outreach program for over twenty years, concentrated in the city of Chester, PA.  

Through after-school classes, neighborhood murals, and public art projects conducted with numerous partners in the community, CAC’s outreach program

• encourages artistic expression
• provides meaningful opportunities in the arts for youth and adults
• empowers youth to be a positive force in their communities
encourages community pride, creative problem-solving, and collaboration.
