Rental Information The Community Arts Center is available for rentals in our beautifully updated buildings. The new Duke Gallery and our historic facilities and grounds are available year round for your special event
Availability The Arts Center is available for rentals Friday after 3:00 pm, Saturday after 12:00 pm and Sunday all day. There are limited opportunities for rentals during the week, please contact the office to discuss a specific date and time. CAC Staff There will be a staff member on the premises for each rental.

Rental Rates Main Building $2000  Duke Gallery and First floor of the Main building $2500  Duke Gallery and First and Second Floor of Main Building (includes second floor ballroom) $2500  Duke Gallery and side lawn $1500  Ballroom Only Smith Court $750   Smith Court upper level. *Members of the Community Arts Center will receive a 10% discount on rental rates only. The Community Arts Center is a Smoke Free Facility.

Renters have a choice of two (2) preferred caterers as follows:

Tables and Chair Rentals

The Community Arts Center has tables and chairs available for renters at the following rates:

            White resin folding chair       $3.00 ea.

            60” round table                $7.50 ea.

            6’ rectangular table            $7.00 ea.

            8’ rectangular table            $7.25 ea.

Tenting

Tenting the grounds of the CAC is permitted with prior approval of the office.

Exhibits

Renters may not move or tamper with any exhibit at the CAC. Renters may not move any lighting fixtures. Renters may not attach anything to the walls, windows or ceiling of the CAC.

Birthday Parties

Put a Smile on your child's face….Give a CAC birthday Party!

You supply the guests and food; we provide the room, an instructor and an arts and crafts activity! $175 for ten children (including the birthday child); $20 for each additional child. Plan ahead and book your party now! Call 610-566-1713 for information and to make a reservation.
